Search for Parts
Members simply type in the part number and the system will quickly respond with a list of co-members who are carrying that specific part.
Multisearch
Multisearch feature allows the member to search for up to 100 parts at one time. The feature also allows to cut-and-post text directly onto the Multisearch page.
Postings
Members can post their Requirements, In-house Orders, Stock Offers or OEM excess at any time and as many times as necessary.
Automatic E-mail
New postings will be automatically e-mailed to all members who request this service.
Custom E-mails
Members can also customize the format and timing of their Automatic E-mails.

Exact Match
A premier and popular feature that allows members to post a requirement and receive, immediately thereafter, a listing of all the companies that carry the required part the member is searching for.
Stocking Distributor
The Exact Match feature will not only match all the requirements posted by our members on a daily basis but it will also match the requirements with the Stocking Distributor's inventory.
Automatic E-mail
Automatic E-mail will notify a seller the quantity a member is searching for along with the quantity the seller currently has listed on our database.
Include/Exclude Exclusivity
Members can create a list detailing which companies' member's will and/or will not deal with. Participants will not have to worry about price-fixing or give away competitive intelligence.

Request for Quotes (RFQs)
Efficient
Once a part is found, members will receive a list of companies that carry the required part, in varying quantities. The member then has the option to select some or all of the companies to receive the RFQ.
Settings
An interested buyer can create and complete an RFQ application online, including managing the settings of an RFQ such as Terms and Notes. Once completed, an RFQ message is simultaneously sent via the internet to the selected companies.
Immediate Follow-up
Immediate follow-up of an RFQ is necessary for Brokers and Distributors to stay competitive. As such, our service includes that one of our Broker Forum representatives will fax the RFQ to the seller should the interested buyer not receive a response within 2 hours.
